Kennedy Jester

Kennedy Jester first started working for the VPC Team at working at COVID-19 test sites during the pandemic.  Kennedy excelled as a Testing Tech for our Northeast Indiana communities.  Kennedy currently is a senior at Trine University and will graduate in May 2024 with a degree in Exercise Science.

Kennedy will now serve the Noble County Health Department as an Emergency Preparedness Specialist.  Her focus will be developing plans and working to increase preparedness levels within the health department.
